studio rules

    shoes off, please
    You can be on the cyclorama barefoot, in socks, or in clean indoor shoes with taped soles.
    PS: This is all to make sure there are no dirty marks in your self-portraits.
    PPS: Surprise! Blue jeans also stain the white floor quite heavily.

    keep it clean
    Guests are equally responsible for keeping the studio in good condition. Four-legged friends too. :)

    no booze, no smoke
    Alcohol, cigarettes, and altered states of consciousness are a red flag for us.

    no fire tricks
    The fire alarm system reacts to sparklers and candles.
  • 05
    lights stay put
    Please do not touch or move the lighting equipment during the shoot.
  • 06
    skip the mess
    Food, soap bubbles, confetti, paint, glitter, and other loose or staining substances are also not allowed in the studio.

    pics in 24h
    Your photos will be delivered within 24 hours and available for download via a link for one week. After that, they will be permanently deleted, so please make sure to download them in time.

    The administrator reserves the right to refuse the shoot if any of the first six points are violated. We appreciate your understanding. If a complex situation arises that requires resolution, your photos will be sent only after reaching an agreement, which may include paying a fine.

Terms of Service

01. Booking & Sessions

  • 1.1.
    Each booking includes a 45-minute session in a private self-portrait room.
  • 1.2.
    A 15-minute cleaning break is included between sessions.
  • 1.3.
    Full prepayment is required to secure your session.
  • 1.4.
    Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to manage your reservation(reschedule/cancel).
  • 1.5.
    If you arrive late, the remaining time will be deducted from your session.
  • 1.6.
    Please arrive 10 minutes before your session for orientation.
  • 1.7.
    After the photos have been delivered, withdrawal or refund is not possible.

02. Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • 2.1.
    Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session receive a 100% refund.
  • 2.2.
    Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the session.
  • 2.3.
    Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the session requires a ₱500 rebooking fee.
  • 2.4.
    Rescheduling within 3 hours of the booking time is considered a no-show.
  • 2.5.
    No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

03. Arrival & Orientation

  • 3.1.
    Upon arrival, the administrator will provide a brief orientation on: how to use the remote clicker, positioning in front of the camera, room layout and safety instructions, props and available accessories.
  • 3.2.
    The shooting process is fully self-directed.
  • 3.3.
    You can review your photos on an iPad mini during the session.

04. Studio Rules

  • 4.1.
    The number of photos is unlimited.
  • 4.2.
    Outdoor shoes are not allowed; please use clean indoor shoes or go barefoot/in socks.
  • 4.3.
    Blue jeans may stain the white cyclorama — please be mindful.
  • 4.4.
    No alcohol, cigarettes, or altered states of consciousness.
  • 4.5.
    Fire-sensitive items (candles, sparklers, smoke) are prohibited.
  • 4.6.
    Do not move or adjust lighting or technical equipment.
  • 4.7.
    No food, liquids, glitter, paint, soap bubbles, or staining materials.
  • 4.8.
    Pets are allowed in Frame 2 only, under 40 cm in height.
  • 4.9.
    All guests share responsibility for keeping the studio clean.

05. Equipment & Interior Care

  • 5.1.
    Please use all studio equipment responsibly.
  • 5.2.
    Any damage to props, mirrors, walls, floors, furniture, or equipment may result in a compensation fee.
  • 5.3.
    The studio may refuse service if safety or conduct rules are violated.

06. Editing & Delivery of Photos

  • 6.1.
    All images taken during your session are transferred to the studio automatically.
  • 6.2.
    We apply signature presets (light color correction).
  • 6.3.
    Final edited photos are delivered within 24 hours to the email used during booking.
  • 6.3.
    Images are delivered via a secure download link (Google Drive/Cloud).
  • 6.3.
    Photos are stored for 7 days as a buffer. After that, they may be permanently deleted.
  • 6.3.
    After delivery, the client is responsible for downloading and backing up all images.
  • 6.3.
    RAW files are not provided.
  • 6.3.
    The studio is not responsible for the client’s dissatisfaction with self-directed photos, as the client controls posing, expression, and timing.

07. Personal Use & Commercial Use

  • 7.1.
    Photos are delivered for personal use only.
  • 7.2.
    Commercial use (brand content, advertising, resale, modeling portfolio for commercial clients) requires written permission and may involve additional licensing fees.

08. Gift Certificates

  • 8.1.
    Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • 8.2.
    Each certificate contains a unique promo code usable one time.
  • 8.3.
    Gift certificates are transferable.
  • 8.4.
    Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • 8.5.
    If prices increase before redemption, the client may be required to pay the difference.
  • 8.6.
    Bookings made with gift certificates follow the same rescheduling rules.

09. Privacy & Consent

  • 9.1.
    Photos are never used for marketing without your explicit written consent.
  • 9.2.
    By booking, you agree to the studio’s Privacy Policy and data processing standards.
  • 9.3.
    You may receive reminders or service updates (unsubscribe anytime).
  • 9.4.
    The studio is not responsible for unauthorized third-party access to your files once the download link has been shared with you.

10. Liability, Force Majeure & Technical Issues

  • 10.1.
    The studio is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure (power outage, severe weather, emergency alerts, technical failure, etc.).
  • 10.2.
    In case of camera or equipment malfunction, the studio will offer a free reschedule, but no financial compensation.
  • 10.3.
    The studio is not responsible for lost personal items.

11. Right to Refuse Service

  • 11.1.
    The studio may refuse or terminate service in situations involving: safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, damage risks.
  • 11.2.
    In complex situations requiring resolution, photo delivery may be delayed until an agreement is reached.

12. Acceptance of Terms

  • By completing a booking, the client confirms they have read and agreed to all Terms & Policies listed on this page.

04. Image Storage & Retention

    Raw and edited images are stored securely on our cloud server.
  • 4.2.
    Images are available for download for 7 days after delivery.
  • 4.3.
    After 7 days, images may be permanently deleted.
  • 4.4.
    The client is responsible for downloading and backing up their images.
  • 4.5.
    The studio is not responsible for data loss due to client inaction or third-party access (e.g., if you share your download link).

05. Sharing of Data

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
    We may share your data only with:

    • Payment processors (GCash, PayPal, card services)
    • Cloud storage providers (Google Drive or equivalent)
    • Booking system providers
    • All third-party providers comply with international privacy regulations.

06. Consent for Photo Usage

  • 6.1.
    We will only use your images for marketing (website, Instagram, print, ads) if you explicitly give consent.
  • 6.2.
    You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
  • 6.3.
    Withdrawal applies to future use only.

07. Data Security

  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund

      Once your booking is paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to manage your reservation. You can easily reschedule or cancel through that link — the process only takes a minute.
    • 02
      Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session are eligible for a 100% refund.
    • 03
      You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.

      If you request to reschedule less than 24 hours before your session, a P500 rebooking fee applies.

      Rescheduling within 3 hours of the booking time is considered a no-show, and the payment is non-refundable.
